The richness of the different environmental strata, combine to the richness of the site topography, constitute the starting point of our conceptual approach.

The sculptural and flotting character of the building allows to generate a great diversity of development and ideal plan flexibility while keeping in line the concept : an elevated topographical strata in constant dialogue with its site, landscape and nature, allowing to define a distinct scultural landmark from road 174.
